Eight years as a U.S. Army Combat Medic at Ft. Sheridan taught Beto that mission success comes from discipline, preparation, and putting people first. Those principles now drive every engagement at Montaño Global.
With degrees in Nursing, Psychology, and Economics, plus an M.B.A., Beto brings a rare combination of analytical rigor and human insight to government contracting. As Managing Broker at Engel & Völkers Chicago, he’s spent 20+ years mastering property services, negotiations, and market analysis.
Fluent in English and Spanish with established networks across 15+ countries, Montaño Global is uniquely positioned to serve embassies, consulates, and government facilities worldwide.
